Board of Adjustment
The board of adjustment hears and decides upon appeals from any decision, orders or determination made by the community development director in interpreting and enforcing the zoning regulations. The board of adjustment also approves conditional use permits and grants variances, in specific cases, from the provisions of the zoning regulations.
The board of adjustment consists of five regular and three alternate members appointed for staggered, three-year terms. The same members and alternates serve on the board of adjustment and the lake structure appeals board.
