Chimney Rock Village Water Rate Schedule (*)
Base Rate: $30 per month ($60 per billing), plus a per 1,000 gallon usage rate as follows:

Note: The village council strongly recommends that you check your entire water system for any leakage in faucets, toilets, and piping; and that you institute any other water conservation methods, as any excess water usage will directly affect your water billing.
(*) The Town of Lake Lure operates and maintains the Chimney Rock Village's water system under an interlocal agreement. This includes reading meters and billing customers every two months.
