The Community Hall is located at 2948 Memorial Hwy inside the Municipal Center/Town Hall. The Community Hall was designed and intended for use as a public meeting place, primarily by groups of town residents.

The Community Hall is 36’ by 39’ (1404 sq ft) and is equipped with 115 stackable chairs, 18 folding tables that are 3’ x 6’ and can seat up to 6 people. The Community Hall has limited kitchen facilities that allow warming and serving of food only, but not food preparation. According to the fire code, the Community Hall can accommodate 200 people when using just the chairs, and 93 people when using tables and chairs.

The rental cost is:

$ 65 for four hours or less, Monday – Friday (except holidays)

$100 for more than four hours, Monday – Thursday (except holidays)

$150 for more than four hours, Friday (except holidays)

$100 for evenings, Monday – Thursday (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

$ 85 for four hours or less, Saturday/Sunday/Holidays

$150 for more than four hours, Saturday/Sunday/Holidays

There is a $100 Non-refundable deposit

Note: Regularly scheduled town governmental functions and meetings have priority when scheduling the use of the community hall.
