RATES/FEES SCHEDULE
Facility Rental Fees
Community Hall - $100.00 for 4 hours or less*
Community Hall - $200.00 for more than 4 hrs*(9:00 am is the earliest and 9:00 pm is the latest the Community Hall may be used)
Gazebo - $300.00 per day (9:00 am to 9:00 pm or any part thereof) **
Trash Disposal fee (for all events with vendors or serving of food) - $189.00
* A DEPOSIT OF $250.00 FOR EACH FACILITY RENTED, PLUS THE TOTAL FEE AMOUNT, MUST BE TENDERED AT THE TIME THE PERMIT FOR USE APPLICATION IS FILED.
THE DATE YOU ARE REQUESTING WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL DEPOSIT AND FEE IS PAID IN FULL.
The deposit is above and beyond the fee amount for each day rented. Once the event is held, as long as there is no damage or trash left behind, the deposit is then refunded by mail. Cancellation will cause forfeiture of the deposit; however, the fee would be refunded.
