Lake Lure Pavilion
The Lake Lure Pavilion is located on the Lake Marina peninsula. The Pavilion is 35’ in diameter, and the arches are 9’6” high, and the height in the middle of the Pavilion is 18’. Surrounding the Pavilion is a grassy area, and a water fountain in the lake. The Pavilion area has a beautiful view of Chimney Rock Mountains, the beachfront, and the marina. The Lake Lure Pavilion is available for rent by individuals, groups and organizations for meetings, reunions, etc. No charcoal or gas grilling is permitted in or around the Pavilion, or along the peninsula leading to the Pavilion, but charcoal grills are available for public use at the picnic shelters located behind the Visitor Center. The rental cost is: $ 75 for four hours or less $100 for more than four hours There is a $90 Trash Disposal Fee for any event that includes vendors, and a $100 Use Permit fee, which is a non-refundable deposit that must be paid at the time the application is filed.
