Lake Structure Appeals Board
The lake structure appeals board is authorized to grant variances, in specific cases, from the dimensional and structural guidelines for lake structures (i.e. pier, dock, boathouse, sea wall) as set forth in the town code.

The lake structure appeals board consists of five regular and three alternate members appointed for staggered, three-year terms. The same members and alternates serve on the board of adjustments and the lake structure appeals board, with the lake structure appeals board meets immediately following the board of adjustment meeting.
