Did you know that you can receive your water/sewer bill by e-mail instead of the paper bill that you currently get in the mail?  In addition to the convenience, this will eliminate the possibility of late fees or possibly losing or misplacing the paper bill. Isn't one less piece of paper to keep up with worth that?

The town offers direct draft as a benefit to our water/sewer customers.  Direct draft is a program that automatically drafts your utility payment from either your checking or savings account.

• With direct draft, you do not have to worry about mailing in your check each billing period.
•  You don't have to worry about the bill being late and receiving a $25 late fee. Your money is always withdrawn from your account on the due date of the utility bill.
• Depending on your mailing preferences, the town will still mail or email your bill to you with a reminder that it will be automatically deducted from your account on the due date.
