Public Meeting - April 17, 2024 at 5:00 PM

The Town of Lake Lure will conduct a 30-day public comment period beginning on Thursday, March 14, 2024 and ending on April 14, 2024.

The purpose of the 30-day comment period and the public meeting is to receive citizen input pertaining to the repayment of a $223,125 North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) Grant the Town received in 2019 for the purchase of 176 Boys Camp Road for the completion of the Rocky Broad River Recreation Area.

You may download a description of the proposed repayment or you may review if at the Lake Lure Town Hall and the Parks, Recreation, and Lake Office for public inspection during regular office hours.

Following the 30-day public comment period, the Town of Lake Lure will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Lake Lure Town Hall, 2948 Memorial Highway, Lake Lure, NC.
