Change of Billing for Chimney Rock Water Customers
Chimney Rock Village has asked that we share the following information.
What Is Happening:
- Chimney Rock Village has a new billing Company for their water customers.
- The new billing company is James and James Environmental Management, Inc.
- Chimney Rock Village Customer’s next Chimney Rock Water Bill will come from James and James, starting April 3, 2024.
What’s Changing:
- There will be new ways of paying your water bill.
- Current customers that are on auto-draft will have the auto-draft deleted on March 29th.
- Customers must contact Juanita James (President) at 828-674-8171 for new direct deposit information.
- Email billing from the Town of Lake Lure for Chimney Rock Water Customers will not take place moving forward.
What’s not changing:
- Your Sewer bill will not change if you live in Chimney Rock.
- Everything else will stay the same.
- This only affects water Chimney Rock Water Customers.
