Meetings

The Town Council, also called the Board of Commissioners, meets regularly on the second Tuesday of the month at 5pm in the Municipal Building on Memorial Highway in Lake Lure. Special Meetings may be held at times other than 5 pm

For your convenience, you may watch the live council meetings from where ever you're located - home or away. When Council is in session, the meetings are broadcast live on the Town's YouTube Channel. The meetings are also archived for viewing at your own convenience.

Public Participation

The meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to participate.  Each meeting includes a time for public comment. You may sign up in advance or simply show up. Citizen comments are limited to 3-5 minutes.
