REMINDERS
-
The Lake is currently closed to non-commercial boats.
-
Once the Lake is officially opened back up to non-commercial boating, a 2026 permit is required to be on the waters.
-
Navigation to a dock or mooring slip by a contractor will still require a 2026 permit.
-
Non-motorized boats (kayak, stand-up paddleboards, etc.) will not require a permit unless it is associated with a vacation rental unit or with a rental livery.
-
If you are permitting the same boat, with the same insurance coverage as in 2024, you will be able to sign an attestation form stating that there have been no changes.
