Rutherford County Litter Pick-up Volunteers

Join Keep Rutherford County Beautiful for the annual county-wide Litter Index on Friday, March 13th! The litter index involves traveling around the county to score and document litter on roadways. This helps identify priorities for future clean-ups, track data over the years, maintain our Keep America Beautiful affiliate status, and receive funding to fuel clean-up efforts across the county.

Our group will meet at the Ingles in Forest City at 9:45 a.m., load into the ROC van, and head out at 10 a.m. with a wrap up time around 3/3:30 p.m. As a thank you, ROC and KRCB will be providing free lunch for all of our volunteers!
