Lake Levels - Drawdown 12/15/23

Lake Lure’s current lake level is 989.53 mean sea level (MSL), the lower end of the normal operating range. With the potential for large amounts of rainfall this weekend and in order to maintain the safety of the construction site for the reservoir drain project at the dam, the Lake will be drawn down to 989 MSL on 12/16/23.
