NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING

Town of Lake Lure

 

The Lake Lure Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 920 Buffalo Creek Road, Lake Lure, NC 28746. The meeting will take place at 5:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to consider the following:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 26-08-11 ANNEXATION OF PARCEL 1656091 (890 BUFFALO CREEK RD) PURSUANT TO G.S. 160A-31

 

The Public is invited to attend the public hearing and present information with regard to this matter. Written comments on the subjects of the public hearing may be submitted between publication of this notice and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the beginning of the public hearing. Comments should be submitted to  the Town Clerk at kmartin@townoflakelure.com
