Town of Lake Lure Updated Public Response Regarding Second Mountain, LLC - 9/16/26

The Town of Lake Lure is pleased to announce that it has reached a settlement agreement with Second Mountain, LLC.

Pursuant to the agreement, the parties intend to seek dismissal of pending litigation.

In the interest of transparency, the settlement agreement is available for public review.
