Traffic Alert: One Lane Closure - 2556 Memorial Highway to 2594 Memorial Highway - 8/28/25 from 6:30PM to 6:30 AM

Caution - One Lane Traffic Ahead

Please be advised that there will be a one lane closure on a small section of road on Memorial Highway on Thursday, 8/28/25, from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. 

  • Crews will be working on the night of 8/28/25 to reduce the impact on local traffic.

  • The purpose for the lane closure is to repair a sewer line at Harris Rd, near the Lake Lure Post Office.

  • The exact location is shown in the photo below.

  • Traffic control teams will be monitoring the road closure barricades on Memorial Highway.

  • Please share this information with others who may not have a chance to see this post.
