Water Line Repaired - Service Restored - Boil Water Advisory in Place

The Town of Lake Lure is pleased to announce that the damaged water line has been successfully repaired and service has been fully restored.

At this time, a Boil Water Advisory is in effect for all affected areas until further notice. Residents are advised to boil all water intended for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or preparing food.

The advisory applies to properties located between Washburn Road and Tryon Bay Circle, including the following areas:

  • Lakeview
  • The Highlands
  • Sunset Reserve
  • Snug Harbor

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to ensure the safety and quality of the water supply. Updates will be provided as soon as the advisory is lifted.
