The Landings

The Lake Lure Town Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at The Landings. The Landings is located at 920 Buffalo Creek Road, Lake Lure, NC 28746.           

The purpose of this meeting is to address the following items:

• Consider Approval of Contract with Construction Specialties & Design Builders (CSDB), Inc. for the Construction of the Washburn Marina and Boardwalk

This notice is issued on the 1^st day of December, 2025 in accordance with the laws and ordinances of the State of North Carolina and the Town of Lake Lure.
